This website does not use advertising, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics. No profile is built about you. The only personal data collected is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email.

TP Advisory Services is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Contact details for any data-protection request are given at the end of this page.

When you submit the contact form, the following data is processed: your name, your company, your professional email address, the topic you select and the content of your message.

Technical data required to serve the website — such as your IP address and browser type — is processed by the hosting provider in server logs, for security and operational purposes.

Contact-form data is processed for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of both parties in a business communication, and the steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

Your data is not used for marketing, is not added to a mailing list, and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and no consent banner is required. If measurement tools are introduced later, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested beforehand where the law requires it.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the technical data required to serve and protect the website on our behalf.

Contact-form submissions are delivered by Resend, a service operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States. Resend processes the visitor's name, company, email address, selected topic, message content and the delivery metadata needed to send the enquiry to TP Advisory Services.

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its published safeguards include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Resend states that customer data is stored in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers, and Resend states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no more than three years from their collection or from the last substantive contact initiated by the prospect, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the relevant information is transferred to the client file and retained for the periods required by applicable contractual, accounting and legal obligations. Data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be archived separately for the applicable limitation period, with restricted access.

Resend's current service plan retains delivery data for 30 days. Its Data Processing Addendum provides for customer data to be deleted within 90 days after termination of the service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may request access to your personal data, its correction or its deletion, and you may object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted. You may also request a copy in a portable format.

The website is served over HTTPS. Contact-form submissions are transmitted to a Cloudflare Pages Function and then to Resend for delivery to the configured TP Advisory Services mailbox. They are not stored in a public database on this website.
